Additionally, it is also prescribed to treat STDs (Sexually Transmitted Diseases). Infectious or harmful bacteria can make you sick and reproduce quickly in your body. These harmful bacteria produce chemicals known as toxins, which can damage tissue and make you sick.

AP Cifix 200 mg Tablet 10’s kills the bacterial cell by blocking the chemical (mucopeptides) released by the outer layer (cell wall) of the bacteria. In turn, AP Cifix 200 mg Tablet 10’s weakens and destroys the bacterial cell wall. It is a broad range of antibiotic that helps in fighting various types of bacteria. AP Cifix 200 mg Tablet 10’s will not work for colds, flu, or other viral infections

Cefixime Tablet is used to treat certain bacterial infections including urinary tract infections, ear infections, throat infections including pharyngitis and tonsillitis, and sexually transmitted infections, such as, gonorrhea, that are affecting the urethra and rectum. It is a prescription medicine. Cefixime is also used to treat worsening symptoms of severe cases of bronchitis.
